After a violent rampage inside a Staten Island emergency room, a Teen arrested

Mocobizscene- After a guy went on a violent rampage inside Richmond University Medical Center, Staten Island police took him into custody. Devonte Loyce, 19, allegedly attacked three security guards with a knife while he was being examination at the hospital, according to the police.

In addition, Loyce shoved an EMT, bit an employee in the emergency department, and smacked a nurse in the face.
For an unconnected cause, hospital officers detained him right away.There were five kids and an assistance on the bus as well.
