Additional victim comes forward in case of man accused of poisoning Smyrna officers, leading to new charge

According to a new warrant from Cobb County courts, a new charge has been filed against the man accused of sending two Smyrna Police Department officers to the hospital. The warrant also reveals that there is another victim involved in the case.

Little Stone finds himself behind bars, facing two serious charges of aggravated assault against a police officer.

In February, Channel 2 Cobb County Bureau Chief Michele Newell obtained court documents revealing that Stone entered the Smyrna Police Department with documents intended for the police chief.

According to the documents provided to Channel 2 Action News, investigators state that Stone was engaged in a conversation with the desk clerk when he handed over some paperwork to the officers. Shortly after, the officers began experiencing extreme fatigue, chest pain, tightness in the chest, dizziness, and difficulty breathing.

Both officers were transported to the hospital for medical treatment.

Now, Stone is charged with intent to murder in connection with a third victim.

According to new court documents, Stone is facing additional charges of assault and intent to murder in connection with a third victim.
