Mocobizscene- Tyler Williams, 19, is the man who was shot and killed in unincorporated Westwego on Monday night, according to the Jefferson Parish Coroner’s Office.
Detectives from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office have not made any arrests in relation to the homicide. Williams was found by deputies in the 900 block of West Krueger Lane at approximately 7:30 p.m., according to a spokesman for the Sheriff’s Office, Sgt. Brandon Veal.
Williams was on the ground in front of a house. Veal claimed he had been shot several times and had been declared dead at the spot.
Authorities said Williams was from unincorporated Westwego. Regarding a possible motivation for his death, investigators withheld no information.
