Police Searching for a Missing 6-Year-Old Who Is Believed to Be With Her Mother’s Boyfriend

UPDATE: Police said Friday morning that Isaiah Mitchell had been found in good condition.

A 6-year-old boy from Silver Spring had not been seen since about 3 p.m. Thursday.

Police say the last time they saw Isaiah Salvator Mitchell was at the spot of Montgomery Avenue and East-West Highway in Bethesda. He was in a dark grey, four-door Ford F-150 truck with New Jersey license plate PGTW70. Chris Mitchell, the boyfriend of the boy’s mother, who is 28 years old, was driving it.

Police said they think they are going to New Jersey, where the man lives.

Police said Friday morning that Isaiah Mitchell had been found in good condition.

Isaiah is about 55 pounds and 4 feet tall. He has brown hair and green eyes. He had on an orange sweatshirt with long sleeves and dark blue shorts.

Mitchell is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair. He had on a white short-sleeved polo shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes.
