Montgomery police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Saturday night.
According to Maj, officers and medics responded to the 2500 block of Locust Street around 10:55 p.m. on a report of a person shot. Saba Coleman, a Montgomery Police Department spokesman. According to MPD sources, the victim’s name was Dario Juarez. According to Coleman, Juarez, 45, of Montgomery, was killed by a gunshot and declared dead at the scene.
Coleman stated that the inquiry was underway and did not immediately reveal any additional information.
According to her, the fatal shooting is the year’s 51st homicide.
