Investigation underway by Montgomery police into the shooting that resulted in the death of two teenagers

According to the police, a tragic incident took place in Montgomery where a 17-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy lost their lives due to a shooting on Monday morning.

At 4:14 am, the authorities received a report about a shooting incident at the 3900 block of Marie Cook Drive. The police and fire medics immediately responded to the call and discovered a young girl who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. According to Maj. Saba Coleman’s email, the victim was found at the crime scene.

Upon arrival, the authorities discovered the lifeless body of a 17-year-old boy who had sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Tragically, he was declared deceased at the location.

According to Coleman, both shootings were related to domestic issues. As a result, a homicide investigation is being conducted for the girl, and a death investigation is underway for the boy by the police department.

At present, no further information is being disclosed by the police.
