An investigation is currently underway by the Montgomery police regarding a shooting incident that resulted in a man being injured.
According to a statement from Maj. Saba Coleman, a police spokesperson, a man with a gunshot wound was discovered in the 1200 block of South Holt Street around 3 AM on Saturday. The police were immediately called to the scene.
The individual was transported to a medical facility after sustaining injuries that are thought to be non-life threatening.
