According to the Montgomery police, on Tuesday at around 8:20 pm, a young boy was shot in the 600 block of Hillsboro Road.
Fortunately, the wound he sustained was not life-threatening. The police and fire medics quickly arrived at the scene of the shooting.
No additional information about the incident, including the child’s age, has been released by the authorities.
