Police seize firearms and drugs at a Binghamton residence

On Tuesday, September 12, members of the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a search warrant at 103 Walnut Street in Binghamton.

Investigators seized two 22lr caliber rifles, roughly 75 grams of methamphetamine, 18 controlled substance tablets, materials used for packing and measuring narcotics, and $410 in alleged drug revenues as a consequence of their investigation.

Dominick D. Clapper, 31, and Lauren R. Baxter, 43, were both arrested.

Clapper was charged with numerous narcotics offenses as well as one allegation of endangering the welfare of a kid.

Baxter was also charged with narcotics possession and endangering the welfare of a kid.

Clapper and Baxter were taken to the Binghamton Police Department for processing.
