According to a police report obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Tammy Slaton from the reality show 1000-Lb. Sisters was in a car that was pulled over by Kentucky police for speeding. The report stated that Tammy reeked of marijuana at the time of the incident.
As we mentioned earlier, Slaton was taken into custody on August 4 for having marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession.
According to the police report, Slaton was a mere passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over for speeding in the city of Sturgis, KY. The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. and was duly noted by the officers present at the scene. As per the report, there were no further details regarding Slaton’s involvement in the incident.
According to the officer, the moment he approached the driver, he could detect the unmistakable scent of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. It was then that he discovered Slaton in the passenger seat, who confessed to carrying the substance in her purse.
According to the report, she was carrying a glass jar in her purse that had around an ounce or more of marijuana in it.
Based on legal records, Slaton has recently fulfilled a court-mandated Marijuana Education Program. Consequently, the case has been deferred for six months, and if he manages to avoid any further legal issues during that period, the charges will be dismissed entirely.
