The Montgomery police department has recently taken disciplinary action against one of its officers who was charged with domestic violence.
The MPD has recently revealed that they have initiated legal proceedings against Justin Davis, who is only 27 years old.
Davis is facing charges of third degree assault and assault with bodily fluids.
Administrative leave has been imposed on Davis.
In the year 2019, he became a part of the MPD team.
