According to authorities, a traffic accident that occurred in Montgomery on Tuesday afternoon has tragically resulted in a fatality.
According to Montgomery authorities, they were called to the scene of a serious three-car crash on Mobile Highway around 1:15 pm. Sadly, one of the drivers involved suffered critical injuries and was later declared dead at the hospital.
According to the authorities, the individual who was tragically involved in the incident has been identified as Douglas Zeigler, a 52-year-old resident of Montgomery. Reports indicate that he was operating a 1997 Toyota Camry at the time of the occurrence.
The inquiry regarding the accident is still in progress.
