NYC BODEGA RAMPAGE: Man ‘irate’ over loosies attacks worker and steals $35 from tip jar

NEW YORK – When he was denied loosie smokes in a Staten Island bodega on Monday, a guy went on a frenzy, punching a clerk in the face and stealing $35 from a tip jar, according to police.

On Tuesday, the suspect the NYPD is currently seeking was revealed through released images.

According to authorities, the individual entered the shop located at Clove Road and Hylan Boulevard in the Arrochar area at approximately 12:30 p.m. and requested for loosies.

As per the police report, the culprit made off with the money from the tip jar and escaped the premises on foot.

The individual who suffered the incident chose not to receive any medical aid at the location where it occurred.
