It’s truly a blessing to have a plethora of amazing sub shops in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
There’s a lot of talk about which sub is the absolute best – some say it’s the cheesesteak sub, while others argue that it’s the classic regular sub.
It’s not every day that you hear about the best meatball or meatball parmesan sub. Instead, the topic of conversation usually revolves around other things.
From my perspective, there is a particular meatball and meatball Parmesan sub that surpasses all others.

It’s worth noting that a large number of Pete’s Subs’ top employees underwent their training at the iconic White House Sub Shop located in Atlantic City.
It’s undeniable that they have perfected their skillset and execute it with precision.
Just a quick heads up, if you’re planning on grabbing a meatball or meatball parm sub at Pete’s, you won’t be able to do so until 11:00 am. The reason being that the meatballs are made fresh every morning, ensuring the highest quality and freshness for their customers.
Although the meatballs are undeniably enormous, their size is not the only determining factor.
Every time I have it, the texture and taste are spot on. The sauce is simply bursting with flavor, making every bite a delight.
When we order a half sub, we often request it to be cut in half. However, at Pete’s Subs, they advise against cutting your meatball sub in half.
The reason behind this is due to the fact that your sub is filled to the brim with delicious meatballs and savory sauce.
If you happen to place your order later in the day, there is a possibility that the meatballs may have already run out. It is advisable to order early to ensure that you can enjoy your meal with the meatballs you desire.
Over time, I have tried a variety of Pete’s Subs, including their mouth-watering cheesesteaks, Ham & provolone cheese, and chicken cheesesteak. Each sub has been consistently delicious, and I appreciate that they never skimp on the high-quality ingredients that make up their sandwiches.
In addition, their French Fries are equally impressive. You’ll love their crispy texture that’s never soggy, and the amazing flavor that will leave your taste buds dancing with joy.
