The identification of the 62-year-old man who lost his life in a crash on September 6th has been confirmed by the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD).
At the intersection of East Platte Avenue and South Powers Boulevard, a collision occurred involving four vehicles. Three of the vehicles were stationary and heading westbound on Platte when the fourth car collided with them.
When authorities arrived, they discovered a man, subsequently identified as Colorado Springs resident Dwwayne Hill, deceased on the site. According to CSPD, he was the driver of the fourth vehicle.
As per the statement by CSPD, this marks the 31st fatal road mishap of the current year.
