Hartford police arrest 19-year-old wanted in New York shooting

It has been alleged that Christian Anderson fired shots at an individual on March 25 in New York.

According to officials, he was discovered at a residence on Lisbon Street. He is set to be extradited to New York to face charges of attempted second-degree murder.
