Fifteen KC-area residents face indictments for drug trafficking and gun crimes

Fifteen individuals from the Kansas City region have been indicted by a federal grand jury for their involvement in a scheme to distribute drugs and unlawfully possess firearms. This recent development highlights the government’s commitment to cracking down on drug-related crimes and preventing the illegal trade of firearms.

According to the indictment, all of the defendants listed were involved in a conspiracy to distribute a minimum of one kilogram of PCP in Jackson County for almost two years, starting from October 15, 2021.

According to the federal indictment, the defendants may have to surrender a residential property, two vehicles, and cash if they are found guilty of participating in the drug-trafficking conspiracy.

According to court documents, all 15 individuals mentioned in the indictment are currently in custody.
