Breaking News: Fatal stabbing occurs during a violent Fight in a New York City bar

According to authorities, a violent altercation erupted outside Kelly’s Pub on 41st Avenue in Flushing at around 10 p.m. The altercation quickly became physical and resulted in a bloody brawl.

According to authorities, Jason Schuler, 39, who was said to be his rival, was found with six stab wounds to his back just around the corner on Main Street.

Ortiz and the other man were rushed to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens hospital, located just a few blocks away from the bar. Tragically, Ortiz was declared dead upon arrival, leaving those who knew him in shock and mourning.

According to the police, Schuler, who resides just a couple of blocks away, has been accused of murder and criminal possession of a weapon and was charged on Monday.

It was discovered that a knife had been found outside the bar.

According to authorities, the altercation involved two individuals who were previously unacquainted.

As of Monday, it is still unclear what caused the outbreak of violence.
