Authorities have released the name of the victim who lost his life in a tragic shooting incident that took place on Sunday night in St. Louis. According to reports, the shooting occurred as a result of a confrontation between two men, with Darrius Huggins, a 27-year-old man, stabbing both of them before being fatally shot. The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to gather more information about the incident.
At approximately 11:30 p.m., the occurrence took place in the 3400 block of Gravois Street. Huggins threw an object at the suspect’s car, which led to two men exiting the vehicle to confront him. Subsequently, a physical altercation ensued between Huggins and the two men, who were aged 19 and 20.
After sustaining non-life-threatening injuries, the two men involved in the altercation decided to drive themselves to the hospital. Upon investigation, the authorities were able to recover both the knife and gun that were used during the incident.
