A Man arrested For yelling obscenities in hotel lobby in BATAVIA

BATAVIA, N.Y. (MocoBizscene) — A man was arrested by Genesee County Sheriff’s deputies after causing a disturbance at a hotel in Batavia, New York.

On Monday evening around 6:15 p.m., Mark Frongetta, 53, was allegedly yelling obscenities in the hotel lobby of Best Western Inn and Suites on Park Road in Batavia and threw the hotel’s phone.

He was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct. Frongetta is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
