Over the weekend, a tragic incident occurred on the Garden State Parkway in Sayreville. A man from Bayonne lost his life after being hit by a car on Saturday.
According to state police, the man’s vehicle had malfunctioned and was stranded in the center lane. While he was standing in the left lane, two cars collided, one of which crashed into the man’s car from behind. The impact caused the man’s car to hit him, resulting in injury.
According to authorities, the accident is currently being investigated by the police.
