The return of cold air to North Alabama will persist as the work week begins. Lows in the mid to upper 20s are predicted for tonight under clear skies. Monday morning will most likely be frosty in the early hours. Additionally, cold fog may form in certain regions late tonight and early Monday. Be ready to encounter patches of slippery spots and areas of poor visibility on roadways.

Dry conditions are expected to persist for the upcoming days. Through the weekend, highs will increase from near 50 on Monday to close to 60 on Thursday.
