First-grade Teacher In Alabama Charged With Being Drunk In Classroom

Mocobizscene – A local TV station reports that a primary school teacher from Alabama was arrested on Monday and is facing charges of public intoxication.

A 53-year-old first-grade teacher named Charlene Downs was taken into custody on Monday after being charged with public intoxication, according to WBMA-TV.

After being taken into custody, Downs, a dedicated first-grade teacher at Blountsville Elementary School, was subsequently granted release from jail on bond.
