Early Sunday morning, emergency services were dispatched to the 200 block of Iowa Avenue in response to a person who was suspected to have been drugged by their friends. While the individual was receiving medical care, Nelson Williams, a 36-year-old from Williamsburg, started recording himself on his phone as he consumed Maker’s Mark from a bottle.
