Three individuals accused of kidnapping and assaulting a minor in Montgomery face charges

Court documents reveal that three individuals have been arrested and charged with kidnapping and assault in Montgomery, Alabama.

According to reports, three individuals have been identified as suspects in the case: DaJuan Rashaud Jackson, LeRoshay Marshall, and Darrin Maurice Spencer Jr.

According to the filings, the offenses occurred on July 26th in the 5800 block of Monticello Drive in Montgomery.

No details about the murder were included in the document. The authorities have not disclosed any further information relating to this case, and no other suspect has been identified.

According to the official records, the victim was confined to the hotel room for over 9 hours and was subsequently taken to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. The victim suffered from an orbital fracture, bleeding to the head, and facial swelling.

The Montgomery County Detention Facility is currently holding the suspects.
