West Peachtree Street was closed to traffic for repairs due to a significant water main break on June 1 at the intersection of West Peachtree Street and 11th Street. However, after necessary repairs, the street is now open for traffic once again.
The Atlanta Department of Transportation and the Atlanta Department of Watershed Management have announced that the street is now open to traffic following a six-day water main repair.
According to city officials, West Peachtree Street NE was closed from the northern area of 10th Street NE to 12th Street NE.
