One night after two girls were shot in a park in Brownsville, a 27-year-old man was shot outside a playground in Brooklyn.

At approximately 8:15 p.m., gunfire erupted outside a playground located on Bergen Street.

According to the police, a man aged 27 was shot three times, with one bullet hitting his shoulder and two in his back.

Doctors at One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center are currently treating him, and they predict that he will make a full recovery.

A tragic incident occurred with the shooting.

A nine-year-old girl named Ruanna Brown suffered a gunshot wound to her leg, while her 11-year-old cousin, Empress Alexander Davis, was hit in the back.
