Irvine police arrest lady suspected of embezzling $372K

Mocobizscene-  According to the Irvine Police Department, an embezzlement case has been under investigation by an Economic Crimes Investigator since 2021.

The suspect stole $372,000 from the corporation using cheques and a credit card issued by the company. Charlene Hoffman, 57, of Corona, was taken into custody by the Investigations Bureau this morning. Hoffman was charged with grand theft, embezzlement, identity theft, forgery, money laundering, and document falsification at Orange County Jail.
