Convenience store robbery suspects sought by police

Washington, D.C.- In relation to a convenience shop heist in which $10,000 in cash was taken from the register and an ATM, police are looking for suspects.

Security cameras saw two suspects on Saturday at 12:35 a.m. scaling a ladder to the roof of Southeast D.C.’s Wheeler Market, according to police. The two suspects then broke through the address’s ceiling and got inside via the roof.

Authorities claim that they stole $9,965 from an ATM and destroyed it. After stealing $50 from the cash register, the suspects set off an alarm. Through the roof, the two escaped the scene.
