Mocobizscene- A 16-year-old boy from Montgomery was shot and killed on September 20. Following the incident, law enforcement officers have recently made a second arrest in connection with the case.
Raymond Kemp, 19, has been charged with capital murder in this case, according to Maj. Saba Coleman. Kemp is currently held at the Montgomery jail. No further information is being released by the police at the moment. The name of the 16-year-old boy who passed away was not disclosed by Coleman.
