Mocobizscene- A domestic dispute over noise turned deadly in Brandywine, Maryland, on Saturday, when a man fatally shot his own uncle, as reported by the Prince George’s County police.
According to a police report obtained by News4, the suspect was positively identified by a witness through a photo. After conducting a thorough search of the neighborhood, the responding officers were able to locate and apprehend the suspect. The police report states that the suspect was taken into custody based on probable cause.
James Ricardo Savoy has admitted to getting into an altercation with his uncle and then fleeing, but he denies shooting him.
