Arrests made after armed robbery suspects crash on Route 50 in Maryland

Prince George’s County, Maryland – Officials have reported that two individuals suspected of committing two armed robberies have been apprehended after a pursuit and subsequent collision in Prince George’s County, Maryland on Tuesday.

The crash occurred along U.S. Route 50 West near Exit 3B-A to Maryland Route 202 Landover Road, according to officials who reported the incident at around 1:30 p.m.

According to the Prince George’s County Police Department, two suspects in a car initiated a chase at approximately 1:10 p.m. on the 9400 block of Annapolis Road. The suspects’ vehicle was confirmed to be connected with at least two armed robberies.
