Mocobizscene- In La Porte Superior Court 1, James Cobb, a 45-year-old resident of Michigan City, faces charges of Level 5 felony Battery.
The victim of the attack hosted a gathering at his home at the Tall Timbers Apartments on 3141 Springland Ave., located on the city’s far east side, as stated in court documents on January 8th. According to the police, the female was taken away by Cobb while they quickly entered the building.
The victim initially had no intention of pressing charges against Cobb. However, after discovering that Cobb had been bragging about the incident, the victim changed their mind and decided to pursue legal action. According to the police, the suspect was promptly identified by the victim in a photo line-up.
