Warren County resident arrested for drug trafficking charges

Mocobizscene- A man from Jersey City, New Jersey was arrested on Thursday in Warren County, New York for allegedly selling crack cocaine. The suspect, 37-year-old Rafael DeJesus, is facing multiple charges.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office discovered that DeJesus had more than seven grams of crack cocaine in his possession. It has been reported that DeJesus was involved in selling crack cocaine during a Warren County NEU investigation in December of 2023.

Charges:

    • Third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell
    • Third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
    • Fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance (two counts)

DeJesus appeared in Warren County CAP Court for his arraignment. He was released under supervision, as the offense he was charged with did not qualify for bail.
