Mocobizscene- After the body of Veronica Aguilar, 27, was discovered in the car trunk at his Quartz Hill, near Lancaster, residence, Matthew Switalski, 37, was taken into custody on suspicion of murder. Switalski owned the house where Veronica Aguilar, a UCLA graduate, taught at a local primary school.
Los Angeles County firemen found Aguilar’s body on Wednesday while they were attending to a garage fire. Switalski, a former Northrop Grumman worker, was out on bond after being detained and accused of rape and sexual misconduct in the spring.
After being taken into custody in Kern County on a $10 million bond, he faces felony charges.
