PARAMOUNT, California — According to authorities, a car overturned on the Long Beach (710) Freeway in Paramount on Sunday morning, killing one person.
The California Highway Patrol stated that the collision happened on the southbound freeway, east of Alondra Boulevard, at approximately 5:15 a.m.
A Toyota vehicle might have been involved in the collision per the CHP. At 5:36 a.m., a SigAlert was issued, blocking all southbound lanes. At 6:16 a.m., the SigAlert was revised, allowing travel in the No. 1 lane.
