Montgomery County’s latest hospital opened its doors to a new rehabilitation center at its White Oak campus in Silver Spring.
Adventist HealthCare system's newly constructed acute rehabilitation center is the first CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) in the County according to Adventist. Adventist also states that it obtained accreditation in all five program areas offered including Amputation, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord, Stroke and General Rehab (CIIR).
The brand-new rehabilitation center gives patients access to private rooms, multiple dayrooms (with kitchens, eating tables, computers and TVs), in-room ceiling track lifts, multiple therapy rooms with advanced technology onsite dialysis and Avasys telemonitoring for optimal patient safety.

The all-private room, 42-bed facility is located at 11890 Healing Way 6S.
