Orlando Police Arrest 30 and Recover 10 Illegal Firearms in Downtown During the Weekend

Over the weekend, the Orlando Police Department had another busy time downtown. They were able to recover ten crime guns and make 30 arrests. The latest weekend wrap up shows that local police are committed to eliminating illegal drugs and crime guns from the streets of Orlando. The following are some of the items that were recovered by the officers:

The OPD gave a shoutout to Patrol TAC, Parramore Bikes, and Delta Alpha Midnight Bike Squad, acknowledging their efforts in keeping the city safe.

Mayor Buddy Dyer has yet to solve the issues of local crime, guns, and drugs around Orlando and downtown. However, the police urge residents to take action by reporting any suspicious activity through Crimeline or 9-1-1 using the “See Something, Say Something” campaign.
