Fans initiate multiple fights during Game 2 of Dodgers-Diamondbacks NLDS

On Monday, the security team at Dodger Stadium had their work cut out for them. They were faced with a challenging task of ensuring the safety and security of all attendees.

Videos posted by Twitter user “@PlanZ33” show multiple fan brawls breaking out during Game 2 of the NLDS between the Dodgers and Diamondbacks. The footage depicts fans throwing haymakers and being restrained by security.

In one video, there were two men sporting Dodgers jerseys with long brown hair who were engaged in a physical altercation near the urinals in a bathroom. Another clip showed a female fan stepping in to stop a fight between two other males in the parking lot.

Additional footage depicted two distinct confrontations occurring on the concourse area, which were eventually resolved by the security personnel.

The reasons behind the individual altercations between Dodgers supporters are not yet clear. It seems that these fights were exclusively between fans of the same team.

My younger cousin, who is related to me through my half-sibling, just shared some photos from her night out. She sent me a tweet containing the pictures, which you can view at pic.twitter.com/PBlUIIaXt3 .

It’s possible that the Dodgers losing the first two games of the division series caused some unrest among fans at the stadium.

The details surrounding whether there were any arrests made or if anyone sustained serious injuries during the altercation remain unclear.

As of now, the Dodgers have not made any public statement regarding the matter.

In the National League Division Series, the Diamondbacks secured a 4-2 victory over the Dodgers, giving them a 2-0 lead in the best-of-five series.
