Orange County is cracking down on retail crime

David Hoovler, the District Attorney of Orange County, has recently made an announcement regarding the county’s involvement in National Store Walk Month. This initiative is an effort to create collaborations between local prosecutors and retailers across the United States.

In an effort to prevent crime and theft, district attorneys will be collaborating with retail store management teams throughout the month. New strategies will be developed during these walks to ensure the safety and security of both the stores and their customers.

In light of a surge in violent robberies at retail stores throughout Orange County, there has been a concerted effort to address the issue.

In partnership with the National District Attorneys Association, the Retail Industry Leaders Association, and the Orange County Chamber of Commerce, the initiative was launched.
