A 12-year-old girl has gone missing in Newark

Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé has asked for the public’s help in locating Destine Nobles, a 12-year-old Newark girl who went missing on September 24.

Destine stands 5’2″ tall, weighs 101 pounds, and has brown eyes, black hair, and a medium complexion. She is a Peshine Avenue School student who was last seen on the school’s playground. At the time of her disappearance, she was dressed in a grey crop top sweater, a grey crop top shirt, grey sweat trousers, and grey New Balance sneakers. Destine is known to visit Newark’s 70 block of Schuyler Avenue and 100 block of Peabody Place.

Anyone with information is encouraged to call Newark Public Safety.
