Oklahoma Man Posing as Dental Assistant Faces Issuance of Warrant

A man from Oklahoma who was pretending to be a dental assistant has been issued an arrest warrant.

Henry Miller, accused of persuading patients to have all of their teeth pulled and replaced with implants, is now facing felony charges. The allegations made by several patients have resulted in serious legal consequences for Miller.

Regrettably, as per the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry, this is becoming a prevalent problem in the state.

Miller is facing a serious legal charge of practicing dentistry without a license in Kay County. This is a felony offense that could have severe consequences if he is found guilty.

As per the legal records, Miller had performed at least ten cases and procedures in dentistry without possessing a valid license.

According to Miller’s arrest affidavit, he admitted to having worked on several hundred patients since 2016 during his interrogation with investigators.

If any doubts or worries arise, the most effective method to dispel them is to reach out to the Dental Advisory Board. This board operates based on complaints and can provide valuable insight and guidance.

In order to put an end to these occurrences, it is necessary to continue to make calls until a more effective system is implemented.
