NYC Housing Program for Affordable Living

The Supportive Housing Loan Program, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, and the Inclusionary Housing Program of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development are being utilized for the construction of this building. The primary aim of supportive housing is to provide permanent and affordable housing to the most vulnerable New Yorkers, including people with disabilities and those who were formerly homeless. In supportive housing, on-site support services are also offered to meet the unique needs of these individuals. City agencies refer low-income or previously homeless individuals or families with special needs for 60% of the units in supportive housing. The remaining 40% of units in the building are made available to the public through a lottery. The units listed in this notice are only those made available to the general public.
