The passing of Everett Cole was a devastating blow to Montgomery. He was an outstanding marine who suffered severe injuries that forever altered his life. Despite his hardships, he remained a selfless individual who dedicated his entire adult life to helping others. He had a vast circle of friends, and I was fortunate enough to be one of them.
