A man has been charged with murder by the Montgomery Police Department.
According to authorities, the killing of 60-year-old Stoney Lewis from Montgomery on September 3 is being attributed to 68-year-old Willis Davis, who has been charged with the crime.
According to police, Lewis was shot in the 1500 block of South Holt Street, as previously reported by Action 8 News.
Today, Willis was apprehended and taken into custody, where he was subsequently placed in the Montgomery County Detention Facility without the option for bail.
No further details have been disclosed by the police.
