Fairfax County Police Identify Three People Killed in a Speeding and DUI-Related Accident

Fairfax County police have successfully identified the individuals who lost their lives in a tragic car accident that occurred on July 23rd. Three people were killed in the crash.

According to the county police, Corey Rogers, 46, from Reston, was driving the 2024 Acura Integra south on West Ox Road. Unfortunately, Rogers failed to negotiate a turn and collided with a cement jersey wall at Route 29 in Legato at around 3:55 a.m.

At the scene of the accident, Rogers and his two passengers, Angela Connor, 44, of Reston, and Salma Monastra, 35, of Herndon, were all pronounced dead. Detectives investigating the incident suspect that both speed and narcotics were contributing factors to the tragic crash.
