Gwinnett shooting: 20-year-old suspect apprehended in connection with a fatal incident at night.

An arrest has been made in connection with the deadly shooting that took place near a gas station in Gwinnett County. The suspect is a 20-year-old man from Gwinnett.

Late Sunday, authorities arrested 20-year-old Ernesto Garcia-Bailon from Norcross for his involvement in the death of a man discovered on a path near Rockbridge Road.

In the video, a man can be seen approaching a woman from behind just moments before gunshots are heard. The footage then captures the chaotic scene as people quickly scatter in response to the gunfire.

Garcia-Bailon faces charges of aggravated assault, felony murder, and malice murder.

Currently, he is in custody at the Gwinnett County Jail.

Authorities have yet to determine the identity of the victim.
