Recognizing Certified Nursing Assistants at Morning Pointe

From June 13-19, Morning Pointe Senior Living campuses located throughout the Southeast are observing National Certified Nursing Assistants Week.

Nursing assistants, also referred to as CNAs, offer clinical support by assisting residents in assisted living and memory care facilities with their daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating. In addition to providing basic care, they also offer emotional support to both residents and their families. Nursing assistants are also responsible for monitoring the health conditions of residents and acting as an additional communication bridge to keep families informed.

Morning Pointe Senior Living is taking the opportunity of Certified Nursing Assistants Week to express their gratitude towards all the CNAs who are working tirelessly across their 38 communities located in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

According to Morning Pointe Senior Living co-founder and president, Greg A. Vital, certified nursing assistants are the crucial members of the care teams. He believes that their hard work, compassion, and dedication bring a significant positive change in the lives of the residents daily. The commitment of these nursing assistants towards providing exceptional care and support is immensely appreciated and valued.

At Morning Pointe Senior Living, Tiffany Murphy, a CNA, expressed her love for being there due to the diverse residents with varying backgrounds. She believes that getting to know everyone is an exciting experience. Tiffany finds joy in her job and genuinely loves what she does.
