Tel Aviv, the home of Israel’s Defense Ministry and numerous foreign embassies, experienced the blaring sirens of rocket attacks for the first time since January. Palestinians are striving to protect themselves from the devastating war inflicted by Israel, which has tragically claimed the lives of nearly 36,000 individuals, predominantly women and children, in the occupied Palestinian enclave.
Hamas has recently shared videos on Telegram showing the devastating impact of rockets near Tel Aviv. The exact number of rockets fired or intercepted by the Israeli military remains uncertain.
Hamas emphasized the need for a permanent end to Israel’s military campaign in Gaza, rather than just focusing on Rafah, in order to achieve a lasting ceasefire.
According to Hamas officials, “This is the foundation and initial step for everything.”
Hamas, who refers to their hostages as prisoners, accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of being responsible for the death of these prisoners. They claim that Netanyahu shows no concern for the prisoners or their families.
According to Hamas officials, the aggressor shows no signs of fatigue as he continuously manipulates, evades, and deceives, feigning interest in their concerns. The officials express their concern that time is running out and stress the need to prolong the ongoing aggression.
According to a statement by the IDF, rockets were launched from Rafah towards “central Israel” while humanitarian aid was being delivered.
