Police seek suspect after man and woman killed, another injured in Bronx shooting

Early Friday morning, the University Heights section of the Bronx was marred by a tragic incident that left three individuals shot, with two of them losing their lives.

Gunfire rang out on Davidson Avenue shortly before 12:15 a.m., leaving the victims wounded by the sudden barrage of bullets.

They quickly transported all three individuals to St. Barnabas Hospital.

A 40-year-old man who sustained a gunshot wound to his right arm is currently in stable condition.

Two individuals dressed in black attire made a swift escape on a vibrant red moped.

No arrests have been made at this time, and the motive behind the incident is currently under investigation.
